More and more, they use drones to get full photos without needing scaffolding. A proper report covers the covering, ridges, valleys, flashings, chimney, roofline and what shows from the loft. The goal is a clear answer. So it comes with photos of every defect, plus a plain list of what to do now, what can wait, and what's fine.
How we help
Find Trusted Roofers is a national network that connects UK homeowners with local roofers. Since we are not a roofing contractor, we don't do the work ourselves. Instead, you tell us about your roof inspections job once. We then match you with a roofer in our network who covers your postcode and works on your roof type. Every roofer quotes from their own survey, and you deal directly with them and choose whether to proceed.
We check the roofers in our network against Companies House, and confirm public liability insurance. We also note any TrustMark, NFRC or CompetentRoofer membership. We verify what we can, although we don't guarantee the work itself. The work is always contracted directly between you and the roofer.
